Receipts

We send receipts for ongoing regular donations after 31 March each year for tax purposes. Receipts for one-off donations are sent periodically. All donations over $5 may be eligible for a tax claim rebate.

In order to receive a receipt, we need to have your full name, address, phone number, and email address to post/email it. Please complete your information below.

DIRECT CREDIT - PAYEE CHeck

The 'match check' or ‘payee check’ system currently only supports the larger banks. Our account with NBS is not yet eligible for verification through this system. However, there are plans to include smaller financial institutions in the future.

In the meantime, if you would like to make a donation to our bank account via direct credit, most apps or websites will display a "continue anyway" button. You can be reassured that as long as you have entered the correct account number, the transaction will be processed successfully.

Feedback or information about donations

Send us a message if you'd like to find out how to receive our quarterly updates on our activities and how your donations are being spent. We love to visit businesses, groups, clubs or schools and explain how their contributions are making a difference.

Endorsement

We love to endorse businesses who support us, and we can do this in many different ways. So when you donate we’d like to ask you about any exposure, feedback or publicity you might like.

Spread the word

Help promote what we do by inviting one of us to your workplace, your service club or organisation so we can explain how we operate. We also want as many people as possible to know how they can apply.
